Institute is NOT the school, and the institutes are special for one subject, to teach all the subject, and in this case, is English, the subject (Too, is the language) and I want to learn English in special, well, the institutes in my country, teach all the subject. School is the main term for all places where you learn stuff. In institute your learn things, so it is a school
