Well, I could at least expect him or her to do decent pallets (I can't spell pallets whatever.....) I mean everyone kinda needs some criticism so they can do better. Trust me, I had some criticism in the past on my Rom hacks, but it was to help me improve on my skills. Do you want this person to improve or not? If he doesn't get any criticism on his work, he might not do much better then he already does.
