Sonic Retro's validation system is way too strict, and the current owner of SSRG is a dick. Otherwise, there isn't really anything wrong with either site. Feel free to disagree with me if you must.

I mostly hate Retro for their stupid-ass validation system, similar to what UburL33tUzerNam said about it being strict.
As for SSRG, I don't hate as much, expect only for most of the members on that site. Since most of the members on that site can act like ignorant dicks sometimes.

Maybe it's because they have already validated me but... I don't find their validation system THAT strict, and we're talking about me! (who was banned there like 8 times before!)
I was banned like 8 times before, yet, they forgave me and now I'm a "Trial" Member at the very least.
If I recall well, I was in the "Pending" Member group for about 2 years and got validation back in early/mid 2014.
You can "copy and paste" my validation post if you want and change it with your details.

I think everyone would be like: "YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT YOUR HACK IS A PIECE OF SHIT YOU DUMBASS" But the guy who made the hack didn't really get harsh comments. He basically just changed the palettes and layouts.
About me being banned there it was mainly because it seemed like I was going to be on the "Limbo" shit forever, and I grew tired of that and decided to attack the dickbags on the staff at the time. (excluding Nineko who I consider a pretty cool guy)
